A few days ago I noticed that my guinea pig Mickey wasn't eating. I checked his teeth and they had overgrown and he'd lost weight. So we took him to the vet this morning and she said she can clip his teeth, but it wasn't guaranteed to definitely fix the problems with his back teeth, and he might go downhill again within a few months. The vet also said something about possible hip problems. So we had to get him put down.. :(

I am so sorry to hear that. You have my deepest sympathy. I lost my Borat to something similar last year (though it was his teeth, but turned out to be an incurable genetic jaw defect). I'm sure Bo will show Mickey where to find all the good veggies on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge.

Thank you. The vet did say that there could be something wrong with his jaw, although she wasn't sure.

Aww, i'm so sorry! :( I'm sure you took great care of him when he was still alive!

I am so sorry.

So sorry for your loss. RIP Mickey!
