As the title says I'm Re designing cage to go from 2 to 4 piggies. Were hoping to get two more soon but I'm not sure what to do. Right now ours is two levels and they tend to lay around on the top level more where there is less space and don't run around as much. I thought if we could find a design that would be good for 4 and encourage free space running...? Small house but I think 2x6 and a small loft is that a good or just minimum space for 4.

See the Main tab at the top of this page for the recommended cage sizes for the number of pigs you have.

2x6 is a good size for 4 girls. If you do a loft, I would make it at least 2x2 so that it's not as cramped. Personally, I have a 2x6 with a 2x3 "basement" for my two girls and I can't imagine having any more piggies in it. The biggest you can make is always the best!
