General pregnant !!

So my Ruby girl is pregnant, I took her for an ultrasound & there were babies!! I want to know everything I should do to make sure her pregnancy goes as swell as possible. How can I spoil her while she?s pregnant?? Thank you in advance!

yeah i saw that but it doesn?t really tell you what you can do as to spoiling her and making sure she?s happy
