Behavior Making a noise and bullying

I got my piggy Drew and new friend name Darwin. They are both males and really hit it off. But Darwin still tries to be dominate and push my older piggy around. He makes this helicopter sound( it does sound to mean) and he rubs his butt against the bedding. This causes Drew to be loud and squeak . there is also times when Darwin will jump on top of drew. My question is if I get Darwin neutered will he mellow out and stop harassing drew?
