Hello from a first-time cavy mom!

Hello, I am a first-time owner, and I have had my 3 boys since October. I already posted another thread in the behavior section asking advice on whether I should get a fourth... Basically, I got the two older brothers to be companions for my baby pig (who's not as much of baby anymore!), but they all fight! So the brothers are in one cage now and the young one in an adjacent cage.

Anyway, I'll work on getting some pics up of my little Hobbits, and I look forward to talking all about piggies!

Welcome I am still pretty new around here myself; it's a great place to learn about guinea pigs! I don't have any good advice about your fighting pigs...but from what I've read here, it seems that unless the pigs are fighting to the point to blood, it is often best to let them sort out dominance. I hope others have more concrete ideas!

P.S. I call our GPs hobbits sometimes too And jokingly 'filthy hobbitses' when I am cleaning their cage LOL
