I've bought a couple of dog beds from the Reject shop for $12 - fabric base and fake fur top with soft filling. They're soft and floppy and my two love pigs them folded in half, fur on the inside. They wash well and dry really fast and are big enough that Squeak will actually share one but still leave plenty of space for running around.

Any other suggestions for cage supplies?

I would use igloos, fiddle sticks, or a bent grid in the shape of a v (but upside down with cover on it).

You could even take a cardboard box, cut a whole in it and flip it upside down to make a house.
