Genitals Bald Spot on Boar

I have a young boar that houses with two other males. They all get along great. The other day when I picked him up, I noticed a bald spot around his male parts. The area is not red, but looks to be dry and or flaky. I have not noticed anything out of the ordinary anywhere else, no fleas, etc....Has anyone had this happen??
