I've been eagerly watching this thread and am so happy that you finally caught him! Might I just add that Juniper is a cute and ironic name. lol I read that you gave him veggies and fruits, but is there anywhere near you where you can get hay and possibly pellets for the little fella?
I wouldn't recommend it, you should trash them. The best treat is a little piece of fruit (Strawberry, apple, or banana sparingly because it can cause bloat) 1-2 times a week. Guinea pigs can't digest dairy products very well so I would think even one yogurt drop would upset their stomachs. Sorry!
I got my first pig Eevee for Christmas two years ago, she was my very first guinea pig, and still alive and wheeking today! I have to say she was a lucky pig, because not usually, but sometimes pets and Christmas do not mix, and they get dumped at a shelter. This was not the case, and she grew...
Here's a care guide that you can show her. https://www.guinealynx.info/healthycavy.html
Also tell her that if her pig gets pregnant, there is a 20% chance of dying. If she truly cared about her pigs she wouldn't take that chance. Sometimes the problem is being uneducated rather than not...
Okay.
Yesterday around maybe 11pm, three boys found a raccoon that looked like it was disoriented on the side of the road. Thankfully they actually cared about this little critter and wanted to take him to the park, so he wouldn't get hit. Instead, me and my dad lured the raccoon into a dog...
Iceberg lettuce is very pale and white. It has no nutrition and is basically water. Here's some pictures. (broken link removed) and (broken link removed)
Even if there is 2 stories, that doesn't count as more square footage. This cage is REALLY too small for five pigs, and the blocked off parts from the fleece to the kitchen area only makes it worse.
Hamsters are great pets! You should never let them be in the same cage with your pigs or let them interact though. They're totally different species and someone will get hurt. I made a bad choice and bought a robo ham from a pet store a while ago; if i want any more, i'm adopting. Here's my...
I recently ran out of hay in the past couple days, and my Dad refuses to buy hay until tomorrow. Both of my pigs are eating their bedding which is kiln dried pine. I know if they continue they'll get an intestinal blockage, and that i can't feed them veggies 24/7. What am i supposed to do? I...
I don't know how these people in my neighborhood can live with their selves.
Today there was a black lab running around the neighborhood. It had its tail tucked in and looked really submissive. It could of gotten hit by a car, stolen, attacked by another animal; the possibilities are endless...
They're so cute! Where did you get them?
I read your profile and there isn't such thing as a 'werewolf' guinea pig, it's just a name breeders give to skinny pigs that have fine hairs on their body.

Glad to hear your pig is ok. About a week ago I made a stupid mistake; I put one of my pigs out in the backyard of my friend's house and she slipped right between the fencing. She...
I started a thread a while ago about the same problem. My pig, eevee, has like brown / dark discharge from her nose. She doesn't have anything on her legs like she's wiping it, could it just be a poo she was eating and it got in her nose? I finally have a picture.
