you'll have to let me know if you find good places to purchase supplies. i think most of the ramps and such will be pretty easy to build, but for a tire jump, i'm not really sure where to find a small enough tire for that. maybe the ones that are chew toys for dogs will work.

hopefully that will help. cleaning her ears might be something you want to do, but do some research on how to do it first. or bring her to the vet and they can show you how to do it. mine will even do nail trimming and cleaning for free when i bring them in for a check up :)
