Have they become more common in the last two years?

Yes indeed Tessa! Our vet now has THREE clients who each have two or three guinea pigs! I have to say Vet Brandon has also become a fan of Guinea Pig Cages, Your Cavy At Home as well as www.guinealynx.com and he also promotes the whole "no breeding" and "LARGE" cages! He even imports Versele Laga Guinea Pig food and strongly recommend everyone uses it! So I have to say it has indeed become easier. What is nice is he found cages that are basically perfect for 2 guinea pigs. They are 1 meter wide and 2 meters long with a plastic bottom and wire tops! They are "speciality rabbit cages" but he recommends them for his guinea pig clients! We got 2 and they are a dream come true!

Thank you @kej4hj I have to say that Sniper is a new guy since Abby came along! He is calm and easy going and he is even friendly towards strangers....he is proof that they need a friend!! Abby 100% adores him and he surely does deserve it!!
