Have had piggies as a child, a young adult, a not-so-young adult. Love them.

So much has been learned to make their lives better and I'm glad. Such sweet little critters.

With elderly cats, dogs and parents, I'm not adding any animals right now. Just want to read and listen so when I do adopt (and I'd only adopt! I work with a dog rescue. Too many animals of all kinds in shelters alone and scared. Opps. Sorry. Soap box) Anyway so when I'm ready, I'm really READY.

Thanks!

Welcome to the forum, you are wise to wait, I too have elderly parents that I help care for. My dogs & cats are fairly youthful tho, but they too will one day be elderly. I didn't plan on being a piggy mom, but one of my dogs found Auggie and the rest is history. I have two now and am completely in love with them.
