He's not drunk. He has a hard time chewing but shows desire. I don't know what to expect.

Were you given any pain meds to give him?

One more question. What procedures were done on him yesterday? Were his teeth done as well?

The incisors don't generally need to be touched unless there's a problem with the molars, but that could explain why he's having trouble chewing. You may have to supplement him more than just a little. Did they give you any pain meds for him?

Metacam i had some too and tbh i think most vets under do it after i read up a lot. He is occasionally doing his vibration when i rub him with no wimpers. I am thinking i will be full cc today and am shooting for 80 to 100 ccs. Want to see some poop. Also been giving him bena bac as he has no poop to eat right now.

Bene bac is good. If he's purring when you pet him that's also a good sign. Hopefully you can get some food and water into him and you'll see some poop soon.

Smokey's weight is holding still doing some CC. No signs of infection. Doing metacam .2 12 hours spaced.
He is vibrating a bit so I am hopeful.

Not eating as well today so started more critical care. I have an appointment with the vet on Thursday. Just hoping the eye surgery was actually useful or if I should have just waited/tried more.

Starting to wonder if the surgery was worth it. Two weeks i expected some improvement. He's on medicam beytral and cisapride. Fighting to keep his weight up with critical care. What is recovery for something like this? I am very scared that the choices o made were wrong. He was losing weight with the bad eye hence the surgery. Am i over expecting? I am scared i may be heading due the fateful choice sad.
