Hello, after reading and researching (almost) everything I could from this forum and others like guinealynx for nearly a year, i finally got the nerve to join and to introduce my guinea babies.
I adopted Shep and Vivi last September when they were four months old from a shelter. Shep developed a uri within a week of bringing them home (after a month on antibiotics, slurry, and ben bac, she is a healthy 1,029g now). Her sister vivi is the dominant one.
My third baby is Ulla, an albino I adopted this past June at 3 weeks old (so tiny!) She has been growing at a steady rate, I weigh them all weekly.
If I posted the pics right, the abyssinian is Shep, the crested is Vivi, and the albino is Ulla.
