Sneezing My piggy won't stop sneezing

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!
My guinea pig Suga will NOT stop sneezing! He sneezes so many times in one day and then starts rubbing his nose. Does anyone know what I can do??

Has your piggie always sneezed like this? Is your hay full of very fine particles, almost like a dust? There are so many variables but yes, those symptoms could also signify the start of an upper respiratory infection. If that IS the case, your little one needs to see a qualified exotics vet as soon as possible, not just a small animal vet.

My initial reaction would be to visit the vet first just to rule out a URI or other medical possibility, then look at environmental and other factors.

He has been sneezing for the past couple days. The hay isn't really dusty at all. I got my hay from pets at home. Anyway I will take him to the vet and find out. Thanks

Your pigs are adorable. And they look rather crammed into that house! Don't hesitate to ask for help if you aren't sure, and definitely keep up on the sneezing. A URI can become very serious very quickly. While my intention is certainly not to scare you, Suga needs to be monitored until you're sure.

Good news that he should be fine! I'm sorry if the comment about the house came across as accusatory, it wasn't intended that way. I know piggies can stuff themselves into places like that if they're scared or just inclined to do it!
