General Eye buildup/infection of some sort?

Not quite sure what this is in my boar's eye. The other eye, which has pink lining because he is completely white on that side, is a little more red than usual. He keeps his eye shut halfway most of the time. Other than that, he is eating and drinking fine. Has anyone else experienced problems like this?
