Fleece Smelly fleece??

On her introduction Pigggieee said she uses pine bedding doesn't even mention fleece and says she's a breeder and the cages that she has a link to are store cages that are WAY too small so I would take her advice with a grain of salt

Guys! Im OLD..... @CallieLovesPigs, wash the fleece daily. i dont use fleece because pine is easier and cleaner and better for my babies. @spy9doc @chas25

thank you so much! Oh, and if it helps, I literally just finished my cage cleaning (im embarrassed to post pictures ;- and I use fleece, uhhmm, I the detergent I use is Tide Hope it helps c:

Pigggieee has been caged, so her posts will be moderated. If you all can get this thread back on track, we'll leave it open. Otherwise, it can be closed and you can start another serious one on cleaning fleece.

I have no helpful information as of this point cuz i've only used it for a couple weeks (did a complete wash
once a week). But i use spreads plus uhaul under. With a kitchen catching most poo n pee so my fleece doesn't get smelly. My kitchen gets scooped every day with a full washout when i do fleece changopresto.

Ok..I will use the information you have all given me! I will buy a new detergent when I run out of the one I'm using now, and I can maybe try and air freshener. I've seen the hanging ones at the store that are made for pets so they don't smell but absorb the smell. And possibly I can try bleach?? I hope this will resolve the problem.
