So I'm cutting my fleece to make a liner, and I found a little silk worm looking thing in my fleece! It's one of the kind you fish with! Talk about gross. I've even washed this fleece multiple times to wick it so talk about a surprise! I'm glad I found it before the pigs...

Worm in my Fleece!

I think thats a grub actually, Japanese beetle larvae. But anyways how did it get in there!?

@guineapigcraz27, it's not a grub. It's too tiny. I forget that they're called, but my dad buys them for fishing all the time.

Waxworm perhaps? Commonly sold as fish/reptile food and fishing bait. It's a moth larvae.

oh barf! how did it stay there through the washings? Glad you found it.

Where do you store your fleece? Do you have wool blankets or coats in the same spot? You might have moths.

@pinky fleece is stored with other fleece in a sealed tupper wear bun.
