Because I have so many levels I had to use cable ties for the whole cage. If it is just a loft you are making, then you shouldn't need anything to support it.

I'm thinking about making a 2nd level but I'm not sure becuase its hard enough for me to get them to come out as it is, with a cage that would just be mad! But I might try it today and see if they like it. But I need a ramp to get up there.
