Polydactyly (extra toes) is a sign of inbreeding, yes. They should be evaluated by a vet because extra toes could be torn off and it's better to have them removed properly than to have a pig tear it while you're away, then bleed profusely for god knows how long. https://www.guinealynx.info/feet.html#poly if you're interested in more info
