I'm not sure if he's a breeder, rather he tricks people into giving him their guinea pigs and uses them as feeders or possibly breeding. There has been multiple posts to try keeping people from giving up their guinea pigs to this person. But in case someone hasn't seen them please becareful, and craigslist is not the best place to be bringing your pets anywhere.
