I believe this is illegal? Is it not? Either way it should be reported to the police! I would report it to your local police/animal control/animal cruelty investigator

Google his phone number, you can see all kinds of deleted ads....He/she has been flagged numerous times. It's a breeder.


The easiest way to see if its a breeder is to goggle their phone number.

Flagged it. What a pathetic person. Yes it is illegal, at least it is in NZ.

Got a canned response from Animal Control... I figured I would. Memphis is not exactly known for its wonderful animal welfare laws. Thankfully, both ads are down. Thank you everyone who helped. @lunarminx I've seen this guy around on Craigslist and figured he was a breeder. I am thinking puppy mill or bad backyard operation. Why don't the police/animal control keep an eye on craigslist? Last time I checked animal cruelty is illegal.
