I'm scared my piggie will try and stick her head in there and get caught. I have the hay rack tied down, so it isnt moving, but do you guys have something similar to this? I bent a grid (9x9 in case you were curious) and tied it to the cage. Do you think she'll be fine? She seems to just stick her hed in a little and just get pieces of hay out.:eek:

As long as the grid sizes are safe, she should be safe with that hay rack. If she does somehow have a really small head, you could try a coroplast hay rack which has a tutorial of it somewhere on this forum.

I use wire utensil holders I got at walmart for like $3.00 and I ziptie them to the side of the cage so they don't get knocked over and slept in.

Here's mine. Basically a version of that, but mine works better for me personally.

I prefer hay bags so much more over hay racks, it looks better, is great if you have allergies, plus there is no chance for little adventurous pigs getting their head stuck.
(I don't have a picture of just the hay bag, but you can see it in this photo).
