I have three boys living in it, two half brothers (same dad, different mums) who are 1 year and 7 months old (my guess), and a 9 week old boy.
The 'kitchen' with wood chip bedding is 2x4, the fleece area is a 2x4 and a 2x2 part, About how many square footage is that?
