URI/Upper Respiratory Infection This may sound stupid, but I have URI

If your URI is caused by a bacteria, in which case you'd probably have pneumonia, it is remotely possible for you to give it to the pigs, but not very likely.

If it's viral in nature, they aren't likely to get it at all.

Just try not to sneeze or cough on them, and be sure to wash your hands and put on a clean robe or long shirt if you have to handle them.

Bronchitis and sinus infections can become bacterial. If you have green or yellow mucus, it probably is bacterial. I try and limit my time with my pigs whenever I'm sick, just in case. I make sure I don't sneeze or cough in the room since the particles can become airborne. Good hand washing is really important. If your mom is receptive to it, have her feed them and clean their water bottle until you feel better.
