Hello and welcome! Your cage looks great and your piggies are cute!

On a side note...Are pine cones ok for piggies? Are they ok if they chew them?

Just wondering........how did you make your cage (including second level thing) and where did you buy the hidey house?? Thanks!

Thanks cam767
(My english is telegraphic)
My pigs rarely chew the pine cones. The cones are ok if they have no resin and you previously wash them and dry very well

Hello cuckooforcavies
(Sorry for my telegraphic english)
First I bought a table with the usual height (it is more comfortable to clean, etc), then I made the "base" with wood, a simple frame with a bottom, glued it all and painted with a good quality of acrylic painting (water based) (four or five layers) (non toxic even if the pigs chew it) and I covered the inside corners with the black plastic strips for more protection.
The rest you can see is very simple. The second level is a simple wood shelf covered with a waterproof cloth, and the houses are cheap basquets from Ikea.
I'm glad you like it
