C&C Alternatives Plexiglass and ventilation?

I would like to build a cage with all plexiglass walls like this one.

Will there be issues with ventilation? I know we're not suppose to keep guinea pigs in fish tanks, I think plexiglass cage is sort of like a fish tank.

The new cage will be 36"x80" and the plexiglass will be 10" high.
 
It will certainly not have as good ventilation as a C&C cage, but I think the bigger it is, the better ventilation it will have. I may be wrong about this.
I think the best bedding to use would be fleece, or something dust-free.

I love that cage by the way.
