My waterproof pads arrived today, and they are better than expected. Some people use waterproof pads and some don't, it is all a matter of personal choice. These are refurbished incontinence pads, they have been sanitized and a layer of fabric sewn on, various patterns and solids, good seams. Nice and heavy, not cheaply made.
Apparently the sale of these pads benefit people with disabilities and I think that is worthwhile.
Anyway, thought I'd bring my experience here in case anyone is considering buying pads. Oh yeah, they are very inexpensive, probably cheaper than you could make at home, $5 buys a pack of two..
