Socks. My boys love to play with their sock toys. I stuffed one with an old tank-top undershirt so it's a nice pillow they move around, and it's totally washable.
I found out the other day, that it's a good thing it's washable because they really *love* their sock toy.
Before that... I'd never seen them "showing dominance" to an inanimate object before.
