How old are they? Are they males or females? How large is your cage?

Did you do proper introductions, or just put them together?

When my 2 sows were about 4 months old and had been in a case for a month. One of my girls Karma started trying to display dominance and took a chunk out of Lulu's ear. I separated them for a day and put karma back in. They stopped but then they went through their bitting phase because they were young. It's normal but they bite everything in this time. Then I went through mounting a few months ago. Another dominance thing from Karma. She is the bigger one. Well I know this was long but all this has happened since August so the younger ones do go through phases.

The recommended size would be a 2x4 grid cage. More run room on one level. If they are males they will need more room

Then you need a large cage. A major reason for guinea pig aggression, particularly among males, is lack of space. Two male pigs need 12-14 square feet, and the bigger, the better.

Leave them separated until you can get the cage enlarged, and when you get ready to put them back together, follow these introduction instructions: https://guinea-pigs.livejournal.com/3002707.html
