Ramps How much floor space?

I know that ramps are counted against floor space but does anyone know what you should deduct? Like is it 1 square foot? More? Less? Just curious.

Just make it to where they can run around the ramp. My cage is set up so they can run around it. An igloo is supporting the ramp near a corner. And there are two tunnels making a running path behind the igloo. Works well for me, they wake me up every morning seems like 7am sharp with their crazy running.

Mine use the ramps landing part as a middle for 8 shapes when he runs. I've put the pigloo under the ramp and there is still a little hiding place he can go. So he still gets a lot of space.
But I dont know how much floor space it removes. Might also depends on the ramp. Not all ramps are the same. I would say, make an approximate square that your piggy cant really use and calculate that as the space lost.
