Here we go again

Yesterday we went to Petco to buy bedding and noticed a very round piggie in a tank. I asked if I could hold her and sure enough she is very pregnant, babies already moving.

I couldn't leave her there so now we are the proud family of another beautiful piggie. She is so sweet and calm. I am just praying things go as smoothly as they did for our last pregnant mama we also got from Petco.

I honestly dont know how they didn't see she was pregnant, there's no mistaking it. Here's a pic I took of her at the store. They sexed the other 2 that were with her and they are both girls and so far don't look like they are pregnant, but they aren't from the same litter though so they very well could be, just earlier than our new girl.

I'm wondering if you are anywhere close to me? I live about 10 minutes from New Haven. I have lots of resources and am acquainted with some great Vets if you need one.

They were probably hoping someone would buy her without knowing any better. And if they really didnt know that's pretty sad. Also, not surprising. She is very beautiful. Good luck and keep us updated please.

Thanks everyone. I have to say I'm a bit nervous about her, my daughter just texted me that her pelvis bones are already separating but she's still on the tiny side. I don't think she has more than 2 babies, there is definitely 2 though, so I'm worried they are going to be too small. I don't know, I'm just praying it goes well, I don't even know how old she is, this is the only info I have on her.

Hello! Small world. I am in the Waterbury area and we've been going to Chippen's Hill Vet in Bristol. So far we've had great experiences with them, but if you know of a emergency vet I'd love a recommendation, the one we've gone to is in Redding I believe?
