Does anybody know if there are any good hay farms in the Bay Area?

Sorry, what bay area?

Places like San Fransisco, Palo Alto, Milpitas, California

I am sure there is plenty in the Bay Area. I am originally from the North Bay Area (Sonoma County) and I would be willing to bet it would be readily available. Look in the phone book under feed stores.

Does anybody know if $16.50 is expensive for a bale of hay?

anybody know?

cocoa puff, you should talk to cavyspirit, the forum administrator. she runs a guinea pig rescue in the bay area, so whe would probably know where to gett supplies and food for cheap.

Sounds ok to me if it's a big bale of hay. I've heard it's hard to come by in Cali. CavySpirit is around there. Try looking at www.cavyspirit.com and finding where she gets hers from. You can also email her.

did you find your hay?

We're going to check out a place tommorrow....
