General Guinepig cant use her left leg

Hi everyone, we adopted a guinepig one week ago. She couldnt use her left leg (hindleg), and she always lift up his left hindleg. She lay on her right leg usualy since she came home. I add the photos of her leg and other side of body. What do you think about, please help me

She was this way when you adopted her? If you touch her pad does she retract her leg or react at all? I would take her to a vet for an xray.

No we didnt check her leg so we can notice it when we came home. She dont react when we touch but she avoid the step her left leg.
