From suggestions from another thread I've started, I've learned that flaxseed will be very good for my teddy bear's coat.
So my first question is WHERE CAN I FIND IT?! I'm starting to get frustrated.
and second, how much do i give him? From my other thread they've suggested ground flaxseed, is it possible to find it already ground or do I need to grind it myself??
