How Much? Dandelion flower and stem

Can GP eat dandelion flower and stem?
I have read that I can give the leaf but I don't know if the rest is ok.

Dandelions are listed and in the notes it says the root and flowers are also edible. It is listed as safe 2-4 times per week.
