Pregnancy Cranberry juice and pregnancy care?

I have been weighing the two foster sows that we picked up from the Craigslist add, who were living with a male in a small pet store cage. In 2 weeks, they each gained about 6 oz (possibly due to improved diet or care?), and they are becoming more pear shaped. I am not sure if they are pregnant or not. When researching care for a pregnant pig, I read about giving cranberry juice to pregnant sows to prevent toxemia and UTI's??

I should note that I have been following diet recommendations from this forum and guinea lynx charts, with a variety of veggies, Oxbow pellets, and local timothy hay. Should I do anything different?

Cranberry juice does not prevent toxemia or uti.

Being pregnant does not make them more suspectible to uti.

Thank you for your response. This did not seem necessary, but I wanted to be sure I am not missing anything.
