Flags Budding Rat Breeder?

This woman is rehoming this rat pair right now and told me she has others to rehome, but the listing concerned me because she said she has a tank available for them (which is not suitable) and at the bottom she says she rescues, breeds and trains. Which gives me the impression she's breeding her rescues??

I've also emailed her asking if she had a rattery or rescue website I could look at and, through chat speak and bad grammar similar to the listing, she stated that she knows other ratteries do it as a hobby and and she is trying to start one as a hobby as well.

Is this concerning?

Yes. In her description/ad she says she breeds, sells, and trains them. Flagged.
