Anyone have problems with KM delivery?

I ordered 50 lbs of timothy pellets on 11-5 and I got an email on 11-6 saying it was shipped by UPS. It said that the expected delivery date would be 11-13. I was home all day yesterday but it wasn't delivered. I wasn't concerned about it because I know UPS can be screwy sometimes but went to the UPS site to check on the status. It showed the tracking number was submitted but it was never shipped. I sent an email to KM around 7:00 EST but figured they probably wouldn't see if until today. When I checked this morning, the tracking number had been removed but I didn't get an email from KM so I thought that was odd. I'm guessing they'll get back to me today or Monday but I wondered if anything like this has happened to anyone else. I double checked to make sure they have the correct shipping address and it's correct.
 
I just received my order of 50lbs of Timothy pellets with no problem. I placed it on Oct. 28th and it came on Nov.11th.

I'm thinking something has been mixed up and they were slated to ship but never made it onto the truck... I'm sure it will all work out fine though!
 
I had a similar experience the first time I ordered from them. I called them, and they explained what happened.
 
I got an email from them this afternoon. Apparently, a few orders were affected. She said they expect to resume shipping on the 18th or the 19th.
 
I just received my 10lbs of KMS pellets today, which was the scheduled delivery date. No problems for me!
 
@pinky, I received an e-mail from KMS saying that the mill made a mistake on the delivery date for the pellets. They will began to ship the pellets in the order that they were received, hopefully beginning on Monday 11/17.
@Kelsie, have you gotten your pellets yet? I emailed KM and asked for an update on the status of my order but they haven't gotten back to me.
 
@pinky, no I still haven't received my hay or pellets. I sent them an e-mail on Wednesday, but still haven't heard back from them. I just sent them another e-mail this afternoon.

If they haven't received the shipment yet, you'd think they'd have contacted us to let us know. I bought 50 lbs of pellets and am almost out so I hope they ship it soon. I don't understand why they haven't responded to our emails.

i had this happen as well with the pellets and i got an email back from Nessa yesterday(the 22nd) that my order would be shipping on tuesday and that their 40 bags of pellets comes in that day as well...i was one of the first so that why mine will be going out that soon but all you guys' order will be with mine or follow mine
 
I got a message saying mine will be going out on the 25th.
 
@pinky, thanks for the heads up. I haven't heard back from Nessa yet.

She originally sent me an email saying it would be Dec. 2nd and then sent a second one saying, no, that it would be the 25th.
