Reference Guinea Pig names!!! What are yours?

We decided on Cosmo because when we were naming Nova we couldn't pick between Nova and Cosmo :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Me too, though I need another name that's still Galaxy/astronomy related for a boy :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Fleece Seriously losing my patience with fleece :(

As much as I'd love to make my own I'm thinking, as pricey as it will be, of buying a liner set from Etsy. Majority are made on the US with fleece and uhaul padding so I think this is gonna be the best option for me right now. I'm too remote to just be able to pop to the shop and grab things, my...

Fleece Seriously losing my patience with fleece :(

Soooo I've now realised that my "absorbent" layer isn't absorbent at all. Giving up for now and using the wood shavings that I've got because I can't stand to see them in their pet store cage any longer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Fleece Seriously losing my patience with fleece :(

I spent nearly $100 on this fleece so I really hope that's not the case.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Fleece Seriously losing my patience with fleece :(

It's 100% polyester fleece, I've been doing an extra rinse cycle every time as well. I don't have bleach at the moment, it's roughly an hour for me to get any. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Fleece Seriously losing my patience with fleece :(

Hey all! I have washed my fleece on what is now the 11th cycle... Hot water, no softener in or out of my normal detergent, vinegar in my rinse cycle.. Ive even soaked prior, double-rinsed and everything. Only 2 of the pieces of fleece are wicking (very slowly) and the rest are still pooling...

    C&C So excited!!!!

    C&C So excited!!!!

Thank you for your reply and ideas! I'm glad it will be fine. Like I said in the above comment, it just seems to have that older "worn in" look rather than being plush or fluffy.. It's difficult to describe. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    C&C So excited!!!!

Thanks for you're reply! I'm very excited. Also the fleece isn't really plush, it's hard to explain. It's normal polar fleece but it's got that fluffier, old look to it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    C&C So excited!!!!

Oh also I just need to ask, does the type of polar fleece matter. One or two of these blankets are a little fluffier than normal polar fleece, not coral fleece or anything just a bit fluffy. The underside is smooth so I could use that worst case scenario. I guess I just wanted to know if it...

    C&C So excited!!!!

Okay guys I'm so excited and I need to tell someone who will share in my excitement (my partner isn't as easily excited as I am)... I went on a late night Piggy Shopping Spree! I just went and bought a brand spanking new sewing machine. I've wanted one desperately for years but finally had...

    C&C Smuggle mum/dad?

That's what I was thinking regarding the size, they'd fit well into a cage and you wouldn't have to stress too much about altering them as you would with human bed pads etc. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Coroplast Coroplast/Corflute thickness??

Thank you! Somehow I missed the 5mm corflute at Bunnings, though I would prefer larger sheets too. This is something I could keep in mind if I have no luck elsewhere. Thanks again. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Coroplast Coroplast/Corflute thickness??

Unfortunately I'm in quite a remote area, 2 hour+ drive to get anywhere that would stock corflute (sign shops etc.) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Coroplast Coroplast/Corflute thickness??

Hey everyone, Just a quick question.. Is there a minimum thickness Corflute should be? I can only find 2.2mm thickness at Bunnings.. I prefer to buy online and have it shipped to me as I am in a rural area and its at least 2 hours for me to get anywhere that would sell it. In other news, I...
