I've tried different soaps and they still bite, sometimes if I don't wash my hands right before I touch them and they don't smell like anything at all, they still bite

I had a hammock that I put in my cage, but they couldn't ever get in it because whenever they put their front legs on it, the hammock would push back, not allowing them to get in, so I just took it out.

They aren't having any hair loss, (infact, their hair looks like it's getting rather healthy and shiny) so that's why I don't wanna jump on getting them treated, because I really don't think they do. If I see any hair loss, I'll get to the vet fast.
