I suggest you adopt an older pig that has failed to pair with any other piggies.

If you have to wait a while, I suggest plain eye gel from a pharmacist. In shouldn't be medicated, but it provides some relief and lubrication to the eye. Worked when one of my babies got a hay poke)

Don't use bowls for water. They get easily contaminated as well as causing mess and possible drowning. Don't put our guinea pigs in the bath back down...this is a thing that was adverised on pet tv shows in 'how to bathe guinea pigs' -_-

I'm thrilled to announce that Ruby had just given birth with no troubles to 3 healthy pups. They're of decent size, and all are tricolour. Two girls and a boy. I think I'll have to keep them ;) pigtures soon! ^_^
