I have finally built my C&C cage!

Thanks to this site I have completed the new piggie cage!
I'm as excited as my girls...thankyou everyone for the help that was given to me, and the very informative instructions. I also learned how to sew a few cozies!
Now I just need some advice for toys or anything entertaining that might be used by some of you guys. I realized my girls need more fun things around their cage...

Mine love a plain paper bag (sometimes I stuff it with hay). They also like to throw around small stuffed animals. It's funny. Just watch that they are not chewing them up if you give them stuffed animals.

Just read through those toys on the site above and have fun with it. I love making my piggies new things to play with.

And oh gosh, I sure wish I was capable of sewing so I could make some cozies, haha.

Some simple toys would be paper bags filled with hay, dangling bird toys, ferret toys and tunnels, or maybe a nice hammock.

As long as your hammock is close to the ground and your guinea pig can safely climb in and out of it, then you are set to go.

I am sure you can. Perhaps take some fleece, put some rope with average thickness at each corner and attach it to the top of your cage. Just take a look at some hammocks on the ferret store website, and think of your own creative ideas on how to make your own.
