this houses 4 boars: two skinnies on the upper level and 2 long-haired pigs on the bottom. The skinnies hated the aspen, though, so they are back on fleece.
For the 2nd level do you have just one grid in the middle? How stable is it? Also how difficult is it for you to clean the bottom cage? Sorry for so many questions, I am working on planning out a 2 level cage myself.
No. The second level is supported by one grid in the center, overlapped grids across the whole floor, and a metal pole (which isn't in the picture, added it after I took the photo). at the right side front.
