I am so sorry I missed your update on his bad behavior. It maybe that he is acting that way because he is not fixed it could be he is unhappy about something. Rabbits are very fickle and most don't like to cuddle. He may be loving his freedom and not want to be held. The acting like he isn't litter trained is probably directly related to him not being fixed and marking his space. Rabbits also pick spots they want to "go" in and usually there isn't much you can do to change their minds. It's easier to just put a box there for them. Rabbits are also a bit on the lazy side and will not hop across a house to go in their box, they want a box in every room.

As for the wires, did you read the link on rabbit proofing? If a rabbit can get to it then he will get to it. All wires need to be wrapped, Petsmart and Homedepot sell a plastic wrap for wires, that is what you need. Here is a link on chewing.

If you are having trouble finding the answers to things try this website. It's a great resource for house rabbit care and training.
