Lump Apple's Medical Thread

I remembered noticing Apple's dewlap was quite noticeable a few days ago. I thought it was normal since she's a year and a half now, but her brother lacked it... I've been under a lot of stress lately and it did not cross my mind to pick her up and check.
Today I picked her up for a Zoom meeting to show my students and I felt her "dewlap"... It's a hard lump.
I made an appointment for Thursday morning and I'm hoping it's just a benign cyst.
She's eating fine and is still a brat as usual!

Apple is great! They drained the absence and I have antibiotics, probiotics, and pain meds to give her. I'm also supposed to put peroxide on the area to keep the absence open for it to drain on it's own.
Is there any specific peroxide y'all would recommend?

No, peroxide is peroxide and just about any brand will do. And, BTW it is called an abscess.
