Feet Foot spur?? :-(

I’ve had my guinea pig cookie for about 2 years (3 in November) and when I’ve been going to cut
her “nails/claws” I noticed something that seemed to be stuck on her foot? I didn’t think much of it but
now it looks worse and I don’t want Cookie to be in any pain :-(
Does anyone know what this is?? The closest thing I’ve found is foot spur.

She has them on both feet and I really don’t know what to do :-(
Should I be worried??

Not a big deal. If it bother her it can be cut off. We trimmed up two on your when we where doing nails. No reaction at all when we cut it. We trimmed it up as we did not want to go to close to the foot.
