I had my lovely Tricia give birth to three pups. They are two weeks and three days old today. I planned on separating the one male at three weeks, but he's already showing signs of trying to mount his mom. I would like to know if I can separate him before three weeks. I don't want more pups anytime soon, and I'm sure Tricia is not happy at his advances.

He's just practicing. He can't actually impregnate a female until he's about three and a half weeks old.

That's good to know! I was getting worried because he constantly tries to mount. He takes after his father lol
