Genitals Boar acting strange * quick reply plz *

I noticed my boar chewing on the bars excessively and so I figured he needed food or something. But when I saw that he didn't I ignored his constant chewing. It was then that I noticed him running around the cage a lot more. He is rubbing his butt on the ground a lot, feet flicking behind him, and him reaching behind him a lot. I suspected some kind of poop blockage so I picked him up and checked him over but he seemed fine. When I put him down he continued to do the same things. He seems kind of scared of his butt but I don't know what to do. I would prefer not to have to take him to the vet.
Does anyone know what's wrong with him?

With the chewing on the bars, you can get him a chew toy.
Him rubbing his bottom is totally normal, he is claiming territory.

I doubt anything is wrong with him.

Chewing on the bars may mean he's bored. Is there another pig around? Or is the cage small?
