Hello all!
New owner herešŸ˜ƒ
I would love to know where to purchase orchard hay in bulk. Amazon sells a 9 lb bag for about $23. I think I?d like to purchase about 25lbs at a time. I?d appreciate any advice on stores and price. Thank you!

Check KMS Hayloft and Small Pet Select. Either of them might have bulk orchard hay.

Thanks for your help! I didnā€™t see any orchard on Kms and small pet select is $50 for 20lbs. So amazon might be my best bet...

SPS is actually cheaper. It's $2.50 per pound, Amazon is $2.55. Not a big difference, but the only way you can compare hay prices is to figure out the price per pound.

Another good source for hay is Sierra Valley Hay: (broken link removed)
I'll warn you that they are a bit pricey, but consider that the price includes shipping......no hidden charges.

I believe Dr. Foster and Smith sells oxbow orchard grass in 25 and 50 pound boxes.

With Small Pet Select you can earn rewards and use the subscribe and save to get your hay cheaper. Their reward system isn't even ridiculous like some that take forever to get even $5 off. So after your first order you should be able to get $5 or more off for the next + the S&S discount. Not bad.
