Annoying chatroom toolbar visible on my tablet

Hola

Ever since the site problems a couple of weeks ago, I have had this floating horizontal chatroom toolbar visible across whatever post I am reading, and it shifts down as I scroll down the page so it is always in the way.

It didn't used to be there before, and is only visible on my tablet, not on my PC. I have looked in the forum settings and cannot see anything to get rid of it. If you have any ideas, I'd apprecaite the help!

Right next to the chat part is a little thing that looks like a gear wheel. Click on that. It is the setting and you can then disable the pop up.

Thanks @pawner69. I have done that many times, but nothing comes up as a result that lets me change the setting.

I had that, there was a little icon to the right of it that said 'hide this bar'. I clicked on it and it went away.

Sometimes things on sites don't work the same, or just plain don't work, in Android...

I have the same issue on my Android phone. Can't hide the bar, can't disable the bar.
It keeps bouncing up and blocks part of the page.
On the computer browser, it stays on the bottom of the page.

Edit to add:
I've moved the thread to support section. I hope @CavySpirit can fix this.

Their chat bar isn't quite functional yet on some mobile devices. So, I've turned the chat bar off by default for mobile devices.

To chat using Chat on mobile devices, first log into the forum on the device, and then redirect the URL to (broken link removed)

Also, you can use CometChat's native apps for iOS and Android devices downloadable from iOS App Store and Google Play Store respectively.

Thank you for fixing this! I visit the forum quite frequently on my Kindle Fire and this chat bar was getting in the way a lot, but now it is all better!
